Founder & CEO
Rohit Sharma is the founder of R4 Hospitality, he has 15 years of hands-on food service experience. In addition to leading R4 for more than a decade, he has owned, designed and operated restaurants, bakeries, microbreweries and retail specialty food concepts. Upon graduating from Welcomgroup Graduate School Of Hotel Admistration, Manipal, Rohit has worked with Radisson Hotels and Tiger Beer. In 2010, Rohit founded R4 Hospitality to provide innovation and efficiency strategies to restaurants and microbreweries. Since then, R4 has been a food, beverage, and operations resource to over 75 independent operators. Rohit brings a positive attitude and mindful patience to kitchen and restaurant development, knowing that every great restaurant deserves a little faith and plenty of unconditional love.
Consulting Chef
Anirban has acquired more than 8 years in the restaurant industry. Anirban found his culinary calling in the city of New Delhi where he spent six years under the tutelage of Chef Saby Gorai at The Olive Bar and Kitchen, New Delhi. Constantly rotating the dishes to adapt to the flavours provided by the season, Anirban has learned the importance of incorporating the best products available. Anirban is adept in many facets of the culinary industry ranging from European preparation, smoked meats, handmade pasta and creative menu concepts. Most recently Chef Anirban has been heading the kitchen at The Joint Café, Gurgaon along with focus
on learning and development of chefs, and restaurant economics. He graduated with Degree in Hotel Management from IHM, Kolkata.
